The beef is securely locked away for 28 days (which builds even more flavour) before our experts lovingly prepare it for you. Grass fed, perfect beef every time. (Not to be confused with the carvery rib, which is prepared with more bone).

Preheat conventional oven to 250ºC/475ºF/Gas Sear meat for 15 minutes in oven. 15 minutes per 454g (1lbs) of meat.
