Delivery
When is your next delivery slot?
This changes all the time. Our delivery days are currently Tuesday to Sunday. When you checkout, you will be able to choose the delivery day to suit you, starting with the next available delivery day. You also have the option of choosing your delivery date up to 14 days in advance.
I have an order due for delivery today, when will it arrive?
Our daily delivery window is between 9am and 5pm, but your driver will notify you when they are 15-30 minutes away.
My order has not arrived, what should I do?
If your delivery has not arrived by 17:00 on the requested date please contact our team and they can track your order.
Where do you deliver to?
- All OX postcodes
- SN7
- HP18
- RG9
- NN13
If you’re ordering from outside these postcodes or your order is below £60, you can also click and collect from our Osney Mead shop. We are always looking to add new areas for delivery, so please bear with us while we add these.

We accept all major credit cards and Aldens online vouchers/coupons.
Storage
Storage of your Fresh Meat and Fish Products
Our fresh products must be kept refrigerated, ideally at a temperature of 5°C or below. If you freeze any of our products, please do so on the day of delivery. We advise that you label the products with the date the product is placed in the freezer. If you do freeze any products, these should be consumed within three months. Please completely defrost thoroughly before cooking and do not refreeze the product after it’s been defrosted.
What are you doing to help with social distancing/coronavirus?
We have implemented many new policies to help adhere to government advice and protect our customers. We are:
- Offering free home delivery for orders over £60 to all OX postcodes, SN7, RG9, HP18 & NN13
- Offering a contactless click and collect service for orders under £60 or outside our delivery areas
- Limiting the number of people in our store to 10 at any one time
- Ensuring customers keep a minimum distance of 2m
- Helping those at risk as between the hours of 8am and 9am each day, the store will be prioritising the vulnerable and over 70s
- Asking all customers to sanitise their hands using the sanitiser provided upon entering and leaving the store.
- Improving to and adhering to our already stringent hygiene policies

How will my food keep cool in transit?
All of our vans are fully temperature controlled at all times, meaning when your order is in transit it is kept at the same temperature as a fridge.
